Welcome to The Dandy
Our story
A Tastefully Rebellious Kitchen
The Dandy is a floral-forward, flavor-first ghost kitchen founded by Danny Wolfe. We blend culinary craftsmanship with unexpected beauty —serving handcrafted drinks, edible art, and nostalgic comfort with a modern twist. Our mission? to romanticize the everyday, to surprise you with subtle luxuries and to remind you there’s elegance in the unconventional.
Why Flowers?
At The Dandy, flowers aren’t just pretty— they are powerful. They symbolize transformation, vulnerability, and the beauty in unlikely places. They are also one of the oldest ingredients known to humankind. Used in ancient rituals, herbal remedies, and royal kitchens. We bring that forgotten tradition into a modern context— blending holistic wellness with culinary artistry.
For centuries, edible flowers and herbs have been used not just for their flavor and fragrance, but for their healing properties. Many edible flowers are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and natural compounds that support digestion, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation.
We don’t just garnish with petals— we cook with them, steep them, press them into the cookies and biscuits, infuse them into beverages. We believe wellness doesn’t have to be boring, clinical, or beige. It can be beautiful. It can be fun. It can taste like a memory and look like art.
The Beehind It All
Chef Danny Wolfe built The Dandy out of contrast: grit and grace, soft petals and sharp edges. Danny is a chef with nearly a decade in kitchens and a lifelong passion for food that tells a story. Growing up, family dinners and travel shaped his taste for both comfort and creativity. Cooking became his way of blending those influences into something he could share with others.
“The journey here wasn’t smooth. Kitchens, late nights, failures and second chances — all of it taught me that beauty and creativity can grow out of the hardest soil. The Dandy came out of that belief.”
Alongside him is his partner, Shiloh Powers, a dietetic technician whose dedication to food, health, and balance has shaped The Dandy’s approach. With her passion for mindful eating and eye for detail, Shiloh ensures the menu feels as nourishing as it is indulgent. Together, they’ve built The Dandy as both an expression of craft and a celebration of connection.
At its heart, The Dandy is about connection – taking something as simple as a cookie, a cocktail, or a bowl of popcorn and transforming it into a moment worth remembering. It’s a nod to where Danny has been, the people who’ve shaped him, and the belief that every detail matters.
